Signage

• Corner lot front determination

  Front is side with major access or main entrance; for business/industrial, not primary residential street; sign area allowed for front and half side street frontage under conditions.

• Damaged sign repair period30 days

  Such a sign or sign structure may be restored to its original condition within 30 days of the order to remove the hazard.

  A sign permit shall become null and void if the work for which the permit was issued has not been completed within a period of 60 days.

• Sign permit required

  No sign that was not in existence and in place on the date of amendment of this chapter shall hereafter be displayed... until a sign permit for the same has been obtained.

• Unused conforming sign removal period365 days

  All conforming signs not used by new tenant/owner shall be removed within one year of premises being vacated; if reoccupied, new tenant has three months.
