The business shall be located at least 500 feet away from any residential or agricultural zoning district, and at least 500 feet from the property line of any land used for any of the following: a residence; a nursing home, assisted living facility, or similar institution; an adult day care center; a child day care center; a public or private school, college or university; a public park; a public library, museum or cultural center; a church or other place of worship; a hotel, motel or boardinghouse; any other adult business.
