No more than eight guest sleeping rooms shall be utilized for any one bed-and-breakfast service. No cooking shall be allowed in guest rooms. Breakfast shall be the only meal served to guests. ... One sign shall be permitted, with a size limit of two square feet on roads with a speed limit of 30 miles per hour or less and six square feet on roads with a speed limit greater than 30 miles per hour. Internally illuminated signs are not permitted. ... A minimum of one parking space shall be provided for each guest bedroom and two spaces for the owner's portion of the dwelling.
