Individual manufactured home spaces shall be located not less than 25 feet from public street rights-of-way and all exterior boundaries of the manufactured home park. No manufactured home shall be located within 15 feet of any other manufactured home or any roadway, common parking area or outdoor recreation area. No building or structure intended for recreation, maintenance, management, utility or other common use within a manufactured home park shall be located within 20 feet of any manufactured home space or any roadway intended for general circulation within the manufactured home park. A landscaped buffer area of not less than 25 feet in width shall be provided adjacent to all exterior boundaries of a manufactured home park.
