From the ordinance
Outdoor storage areas in industrial zones shall be screened from view of all residentially zoned land by a double row of evergreen shrubs or trees planted to form a continuous hedge of at least six feet in height within two years of installation. Outdoor storage areas in business zones shall be screened from view of adjacent streets and from all residentially zoned land by a double row of evergreen shrubs or trees planted to form a continuous hedge of at least six feet in height within two years of installation. Enclosed outside storage buildings of more than 1,000 square feet located in residential zones shall be screened by a double row of evergreen shrubs or trees planted to form a continuous hedge of at least six feet in height within two years of installation.
