From the ordinance

A buffer area shall be required along all boundaries of a duplex, multifamily or a nonresidential lot abutting a less intensive use. ... The minimum width of the buffer area shall be as outlined in Table 1... At a minimum, the planting shall consist of two trees and ten shrubs per 100 linear feet for five- to ten-foot buffers, five trees and 15 shrubs per 100 linear feet for 15- to 20-foot buffers and eight trees and 20 shrubs per 100 linear feet for 25-foot buffers.
