An accessory building shall be located on the same lot as the main building... A building accessory to a single-family, single-family attached or duplex dwelling and not exceeding 12 feet in height may be located within a required rear yard, but not within five feet of any lot line. ... no accessory building shall exceed the height of the main building located on the lot, nor shall any accessory building exceed the maximum permitted height in the district in which it is located.
