From the ordinance
On a corner lot in any district other than a B-3 Central Business District or an Industrial District, nothing that would materially obstruct the vision of operators of motor vehicles shall be erected, placed, planted or allowed to grow between the heights of 30 inches and eight feet above the grade of the intersection of the centerlines of the adjacent intersecting streets within the following described area: A triangular shaped area on the ground bounded on two sides by the street lines abutting the lot, and bounded on the third side by a line joining points on said street lines 25 feet from the point of their intersection.
