The required depth of any front yard or street side yard along a public street having a right-of-way of less than 50 feet in width shall be increased by 25 feet from that which is stated in the district regulations or elsewhere in this article, and shall be measured from the centerline of the street right-of-way instead of from the right-of-way line.
