A minimum of six dwellings are required for each development. The minimum lot area per dwelling unit shall be 2,000 square feet. The minimum lot width shall be 20 feet for interior lots and 30 feet for end and corner lots. The minimum front yard per dwelling unit shall be 15 feet. The minimum rear yard shall be 25 feet. The minimum side yard for end and corner lots shall be ten feet. Every dwelling unit shall have a minimum gross floor area of 1,200 square feet. Maximum building height for townhouses shall be 35 feet. The maximum lot coverage shall be 40 percent.
