North of Main Street - All developments shall contain a common open space element that is central and in use to all buildings and uses located on the lot. Parking lot, buffer, or screening landscaping areas shall not be considered a common open space.

Parking

All parking shall be located primarily to the side and rear of all buildings; however, a single row of parking spaces and two-way drive isle may be located between the street wall and front lot line along Main Street. North of Main Street - Parking areas shall be arranged along interior streets or roadways and located to serve all buildings or lots within the development.
- Pedestrian access from parking areas
Clearly delineated pedestrian areas (painted, raised sidewalks, etc.) shall be provided connecting all parking areas with more than ten spaces to the adjacent sidewalk and building entrances.
