Parking
- Parking location
All parking shall be located primarily to the side and rear of all buildings; however, a single row of parking spaces and two-way drive isle shall be located between street wall and front lot line. Parking and other areas intended for vehicular use shall not abut residential uses or buildings.
- Pedestrian access from parking areas
Clearly delineated pedestrian areas (painted, raised sidewalks, etc.) shall be provided connecting all parking areas with more than ten spaces to the adjacent sidewalk and building entrances shall be provided.
