The zoning administrator may grant exceptions to the development standards in this section where the applicant demonstrates that: (1) The exception is necessary to preserve significant natural features, agricultural resources, or historic structures; (2) The exception will not have a material adverse effect on surrounding properties; and (3) The exception is consistent with the intent of this district.
