Use
- Permitted uses in RMA
Uses permitted in resource management areas shall include all uses permitted in the underlying zoning district(s), provided that all standards established by this part are met.
- Permitted uses in RPA
Uses permitted in resource protection areas shall be limited to: (a) new or expanded water-dependent facilities, (b) redevelopment in intensely developed areas, (c) water wells, (d) passive recreation facilities such as boardwalks, trails and pathways, (e) historic preservation and archaeological activities, and (f) regional stormwater management facilities.

The Chesapeake Bay Preservation Area Overlay District shall apply to all lands identified as a resource protection area and resource management area as designated herein and as determined by section 700 of the Design and Construction Standards Manual.
