- Access design to not impede traffic
All uses shall have access designed so as not to impede traffic on a public street intended to carry through traffic.
- Screening of outside storage
All outside storage or display of goods shall generally be screened from the view of all public streets in accordance with section 800 of the Design and Construction Standards Manual.

Pedestrian circulation shall be provided for and coordinated with that generated from or using adjacent properties.
