Lighting

  • Exterior lighting shall minimize glare and light trespass, directed downward and shielded

    All exterior lighting shall be designed to minimize glare and light trespass onto adjacent properties and the public right-of-way. Lighting shall be directed downward and shall be shielded to prevent glare.

Noise

  • Development shall minimize noise impacts on adjacent properties

    Development shall be designed to minimize noise impacts on adjacent properties. Noise-generating activities shall be located and designed to minimize noise levels at property lines.
