Mobile home shall mean a dwelling unit of vehicular, portable design built on a permanent chassis and designed to be moved from one site to another and to be used without a permanent foundation. Mobile homes shall be subject to all regulations in this chapter for buildings, but shall only be permitted where authorized by specific use of the term "mobile home".
