Mixed-Use District-Community (MXD-C) shall mean a zoning district intended for sites in a variety of activity centers and corridors, and in smaller mixed use areas that are well served by frequent transit. MXD-C is limited to densities and FAR associated with the T-3 and T-4 zones of rural to urban continuum.
