- Hours of operation
Hours of operation, excluding tutoring, education or training, shall be limited to between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Minimum lot size: 5,000 square feet. No more than one employee, who is not a family member residing in the dwelling unit shall be permitted for a dwelling on a lot which is less than 10,000 square feet.
