Adaptive reuse of a historic building in the A-1 district only, subject to a Special Use Permit and the following: (a) The property must be classified as a designated cultural resource in the Comprehensive Plan or determined eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places. (b) The uses shall be limited to events such as weddings, receptions, catered events, lodging, and similar uses, and/or any other uses consistent with the Comprehensive Plan and considered appropriate by the Board of County Supervisors relative to the historic nature of the property, as part of a Special Use Permit.
