  • The structure shall have a maximum gross floor area of 300 square feet.

  • No permanent foundation

    The structure shall not be placed on a permanent foundation.

  • Removal within 60 days of last occupancy60 days

    The structure shall be removed within 60 days of the date on which the temporary family health care structure was last occupied by a mentally or physically impaired person.

  • The structure shall comply with the applicable standards for accessory buildings as set forth in section 32-300.03, except all yard setbacks shall be the same as those that apply to the primary structure.

  • Must connect to water, sewer, and electric utilities

    The structure shall be required to connect to any water, sewer, and electric utilities that are serving the primary residence on the property.

Signage

  • No signage permitted

    No signage that advertises or promotes the structure shall be permitted on the structure or elsewhere on the property.
