For a residential development, hours of operation shall be between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.

The office shall be removed within 30 days of the expiration date.
- Office must be securely attached and underpinned
The office shall be securely attached and underpinned. Foundations for the office shall be screened from public view.
