From the ordinance
There shall be no minimum lot size. There shall be no minimum lot width and depth. The maximum lot coverage shall be 80 percent, with a required minimum open space area of 20 percent. The maximum floor area ratio (FAR) shall be 0.50. The maximum height for all structures shall be 45 feet, except as permitted pursuant to section 32-400.03 up to a maximum of 100 feet. Storage areas and loading docks or loading entrances shall be blocked from view from public streets. All buildings shall be set back at least 20 feet from any street right-of-way, or one foot for each three feet in building height, whichever is greater.
