  • Evergreen shrub planting24 inches

    All evergreen shrubs shall have a height of at least 24 inches at the time of planting and an ultimate height of six feet or greater within five years or less. One shrub shall be planted for each three linear feet of buffer yard.

  • Large evergreen tree planting8 feet

    Each large evergreen tree shall have a height of at least eight feet at the time of planting and an ultimate height of 50 feet or greater within five years or less. One tree shall be planted for each 15 linear feet of buffer yard.

  • Screening visually opaque

    Screening shall be visually opaque and shall be constructed of a durable material. It shall be installed within the required buffer yard and shall be continuously maintained by the property owner or by the lessee.

  • Small evergreen tree planting6 feet

    Each small evergreen tree or shrub shall have a height of at least six feet at the time of planting and an ultimate height of 15 feet or greater within five years or less. One tree or shrub shall be planted for each five linear feet of buffer yard.

Plantings required by this section shall be provided in accordance with: (1) evergreen shrubs 24 inches at planting, ultimate 6ft, one per 3 linear feet; (2) small evergreen tree 6ft, ultimate 15ft, one per 5 linear feet; (3) large evergreen tree 8ft, ultimate 50ft, one per 15 linear feet.
