- Driveways paved
All driveways shall be paved with a hard surface material and shall be constructed in accordance with the standards of the county department of public works.
- Erosion and sediment control
All erosion and sediment control measures shall be implemented in accordance with the standards of the county department of public works and the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality.

All buildings and structures shall be located on lots that front on a public street or road that has been dedicated to and accepted by the county or the Commonwealth of Virginia.
