- Base flood elevation determination
Applicant must determine base flood elevation using technical methods if not available from other sources.

Floodplain administrator may require hydrologic and hydraulic analysis for any development.

When base flood elevation data is utilized, the lowest floor shall be elevated to at least one foot above the base flood level.

Base flood elevation data shall be obtained for subdivision proposals exceeding 50 lots or five acres.
