Lighting

    Exterior lighting shall be full-cut-off, or be fully shielded such that the source of illumination is not visible from off-site views; and maintain maximum illumination values of 0.5 foot-candles or less at lot lines abutting an existing single-family dwelling.

Parking

  • Off-street parking on lots adjacent to a single-family dwelling shall be located as follows (listed in priority order): adjacent to off-street parking lots serving nonresidential uses, adjacent to lot lines abutting nonresidential development, adjacent to lot lines abutting mixed-use development, within a lot's corner side yard, behind the building, in front of the building, or adjacent to lot lines for the abutting single-family dwelling.
