The minimum lot size for a rural event venue shall be ten acres. The maximum combined floor area of any structures associated with the rural event venue shall not exceed 2,500 square feet for every ten acres of parcel area. All buildings, parking areas, loading areas, campsites, recreation areas, and other indoor or outdoor uses shall be located at least 200 feet from any property line and at least 300 feet from an existing residential dwelling on an adjacent parcel.
