Design

The residential portion of the building shall be located behind and/or above the nonresidential portion of the building.

Dwelling, live/work. Live/work dwellings shall comply with the following standards: 1. The residential portion of the building shall be located behind and/or above the nonresidential portion of the building. 2. The nonresidential portion of the building shall be at least 500 square feet in area or 25 percent of the total floor area of the building, whichever is greater. 3. At least one resident of a live/work dwelling shall be engaged in the commercial activity performed within the nonresidential portion of the building. 4.
