The temporary dwelling shall comply with any additional standards set forth in a declaration of emergency issued by authorized officials in response to the catastrophe.

The post-disaster temporary dwelling may be an existing accessory structure on the lot, or a manufactured home, recreational vehicle, or other habitable structure placed on the lot, provided the temporary dwelling complies with the following standards: (1) The temporary dwelling shall meet all applicable health department regulations.
