From the ordinance
Except as expressly allowed in accordance with this chapter (e.g., in conjunction with a home-based business, home-based truck hauler business, or home-based landscaping business) or as used for activities incidental to permitted agricultural uses, no truck or commercial vehicle exceeding 5,000 pounds net weight and having more than two axles shall be parked or stored in a residential district.
