- Change of use restriction
A lawful nonconforming use shall not be changed to any other nonconforming use. Once a nonconforming use is converted to a conforming use, it shall not be changed back to a nonconforming use.
- Discontinuance period2 years
If a nonconforming use is abandoned or discontinued for a period of two years or longer, it shall not be reestablished and shall only be replaced with a conforming use.
- Reestablishment period after renovation1 months
The use is reestablished within one month after completion of the renovation or repair.
- Renovation completion period18 months
The renovation or repair is completed within 18 months after commencement of the renovation or repair.
