- Certificate of approval required
After land is classified into a Historic Overlay District, no development shall occur on such land without issuance of a certificate of approval.
- Demolition approval
No historic landmark or structure within a Historic Overlay (H) District shall be demolished unless and until the demolition is approved by the board of supervisors after receipt of a recommendation from the planning commission.
