    Loading spaces for a funeral home may be reduced in size to ten (10) by twenty-five (25) feet and vertical clearance reduced to eight (8) feet.

    The following standard shall be used to establish the requirements for handicapped parking spaces for all uses in business, manufacturing and multifamily districts where there are required at least ten (10) parking spaces.
