- Stealth towers permitted zones
Stealth towers shall be considered a permitted use in the (M1) light industrial zone and the (M2) heavy industrial zone. Stealth towers shall be considered a use permissible on appeal in all other city zoning districts except those zones located on the south side of U.S. Route 23.
- Removal of abandoned towers after notice90 days
Any tower or antenna that is not operated for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months shall be considered abandoned, and the owner of such tower or antenna shall remove the same within ninety (90) days of receipt of the notice from the zoning administrator notifying the owner of such removal requirement.
