The transfer of a mobile home or trailer mobile home to a trailer court must occur within twelve (12) months from the date this section is enacted. No mobile homes or trailer mobile homes that are located outside of the city prior to the enactment of this section shall be permitted to be transferred into a trailer court located within the corporate limits.
