For each foot by which a lot of official record at the time of the enactment of this chapter is less than the minimum width required under this chapter, two (2) inches may be deducted from each side yard; provided, that no side yard shall be less than ten (10) feet.
From the ordinance
In all R-CR zones, the minimum area of any lot shall be five (5) acres. The minimum width of any lot shall be two hundred (200) feet. The maximum height for any building shall be thirty-five (35) feet, and no building may be more than two and one-half (2½) stories in height.
