In all business zones, the minimum area of any lot for dwellings shall be five thousand (5,000) square feet to which shall be added five hundred (500) square feet for each family dwelling unit more than one (1) in the same building. ... maximum height for buildings is not limited except that heights above four (4) stories shall be subject to approval of the fire chief.
