The airport horizontal surface is at a height of 150 feet above the airport elevation. The airport approach surface slopes upward from the edge of the runway one foot vertically for each 20 feet of distance horizontally. The airport transitional surfaces slope upward and outward seven feet horizontally for each foot vertically beginning at the sides of the runway width and at the same elevation as the runway and the approach surfaces and extending to a height of 150 feet above the airport elevation.

No use shall be conducted within the AP District in such a manner as to create electrical interference with navigational signals or radio communications between the airport and aircraft, make it difficult for pilots to distinguish between airport lights and other lights, result in glare in the eyes of pilots, impair visibility, or in any way create a hazard or endanger the landing, take off or maneuvering of aircraft intending to use the airport.
