Height

Height regulations shall be in accord with those governing the underlying zoning district and use, except that no heights shall exceed those of any historic landmarks already in the HP District.

The Building Official shall not issue a permit for any erection, reconstruction, exterior alteration, restoration, demolition, or razing of a building or structure in a HP District until the same has been approved by the HRB, or the Board of Supervisors on appeal.
