  • Construction access points1 count

    Ingress and egress during construction shall be limited to one access point, unless otherwise approved by the Zoning Administrator.

    An environmental site assessment shall be submitted in conjunction with a request for preliminary site plan or preliminary subdivision plan approval.

    An erosion and sediment control plan shall be submitted that satisfies the requirements of this chapter and is in accordance with the Northampton County Soil and Sediment Control Ordinance.

    Prior to initiating grading or other on-site activities on any portion of a lot or parcel, all wetlands permits required by federal, state, and local laws and regulations shall be obtained.
