The minimum takeoff distance plus clearway to fly over a 50-foot obstacle on a property used for this purpose must be at least 1,000 feet long and be located no closer than 300 feet to a property line. Compliance with FAR 91.117, Minimum Safe Altitudes, is essential. Agricultural aircraft engaged in crop spraying operations are limited to 16,000 pounds MGTOW.
