  • The structure shall be no larger than 300 gross square feet and shall comply with all applicable building codes, including, but not limited to, Industrialized Building Safety Law and the Uniform Statewide Building Code.

    The temporary family health care structure shall be required to connect to any water, sewer and electrical utilities serving the primary structure and shall comply with all applicable requirements of the Virginia Department of Health.
