Signage
- Other permits required
All applicants shall obtain all necessary building permits or other required approvals prior to the erection of any sign.

Real estate signs permitted by this article are exempted from the requirements of this subsection.
- Time limit for sign erection365 days
All signs shall be erected on or before the expiration of one year from the date of issuance of the zoning permit; otherwise, the permit shall become null and void and a new permit shall be required.
- Zoning permit required for signs
No sign, unless hereinafter excepted, shall be erected, constructed, structurally altered or relocated until a zoning permit has been issued by the zoning administrator.
