Applications for such uses shall include proposed rules of operation and management standards which address: procedures to preclude gambling and loitering; regulations regarding use by school age children; enforcement procedures; hours of operation; size and number of machines; number of adult attendants; and provisions for law enforcement visibility.

Other than in designated villages, game rooms, amusement arcades, pool and billiard halls and similar amusement facilities shall not be located closer than 1,000 feet to any school nor within 200 feet of any residentially zoned lot line.
