From the ordinance

Truck stops shall only be located on roads with a functional classification of minor arterial or higher order street and shall have a minimum lot frontage of 400 feet along each such road from which access to the facility is provided. A minimum of 15 acres shall be required to establish a truck stop. Perimeter buffers or no less than 100 feet in width shall be provided along all side and rear yards. The maximum impervious area of the parcel on which the use is located shall not exceed 70 percent of the total parcel area.
