Any application for a golf course shall include all information required for a site plan by this chapter. In addition, the following information and documents shall be prepared and submitted: a. Nutrient management plan. b. Integrated pesticides management plan. Irrigation using potable water sources shall be prohibited unless approved by the New Kent County Board of Supervisors with a favorable recommendation from the director of public utilities.
