• Permits must conform to ordinance

  All departments, officials, and public employees... shall issue permits for uses, buildings, or purposes only when they are in harmony with the provisions of this ordinance.

• Maximum fine for repeated violation1,500 dollars

  any such failure during any succeeding thirty (30) day period shall constitute a separate misdemeanor offense for each ten (10) day period punishable by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than one thousand, five hundred dollars ($1,500.00)

• Minimum fine for repeated violation100 dollars
