Floodplain
- Encroachment prohibition
Encroachments, including fill, new construction, substantial improvements and other developments are prohibited unless certification such as hydrologic and hydraulic analyses demonstrates that encroachments shall not result in any increase in flood levels during occurrence of the base flood.
- Fence orientation relative to waterway
Fences shall be installed parallel to a waterway. When a fence crosses a waterway, it shall be designed as a drop-down fence or a suspended cable fence.
