The minimum lot size shall be 2,500 square feet. The minimum floor area of the dwelling unit shall be 200 square feet, and the maximum floor area shall be 400 square feet. The dwelling unit shall be set back a minimum of 10 feet from any property line. The maximum height of the dwelling unit shall be 20 feet.
